hey Rock Lobsters!

There will be no practice on July 4th, because of Independence Day. However, we will practice on July 3rd and July 5th at the normal time.

Hey Rock Lobsters! Just a reminder, morning practices begin Monday! Older athletes (12+) will 8-9am, and younger athletes (11u) 9-10am. Have a great weekend!

Warm ups will start at 5:30 and the meet will start at 6:15 since this is a tri meet. Please plan to be there at 5:15.

For those that cannot make it to practice at all this week, there will be an evaluation on Saturday ar 10am
